The following activities are strictly prohibited to protect the integrity and security of Zett Buzz. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
- Bots & Automation: Using software, bots, or automated scripts for betting or gaming is strictly prohibited.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

- Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the system or probing for security vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
- False Information: Providing false or misleading information for any purpose is strictly prohibited.
⚠️ Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, full balance forfeiture, and disclosure of information to law enforcement if necessary.
Zett Buzz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Users may also voluntarily close their own account at any time.
- Voluntary Closure: You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing.
- Self-Exclusion: To help prevent gaming addiction, you can apply for a temporary (30/90/180-day) or permanent self-exclusion.
- Closed by Zett Buzz: Accounts may be closed without notice in cases of terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.
- Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no transactions for 12 months will be considered inactive and a maintenance fee may be charged.
Zett Buzz is not responsible for any active bets or game sessions at the time an account is closed. To recover the balance of an account closed for legitimate reasons, users must complete the verification process.
